Parent/Guardian/Caretaker: Picking up at the end of an activity or event:
Examples of individuals who are guardians for my child, and may pick them up from away games and practices are parents, step-parents, legal guardians, adult caregivers (who are not a CCSD students). This authorization will be in effect for the entire season.
I understand that only parents, guardians and adult caregivers may transport my child home from away events without a third-party release.
A parent or guardian may authorize an alternative driver who is a non-student adult to drive their child home from an event by using the District-provided third-party permission slip/release form. This must be presented to the supervisor of the event at the time of dismissal from the activity.
